Quility University: 0–1 LMS Product Design
Quility provides affordable, customized insurance and financial planning to help clients protect their futures. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, I built Quility University LMS (Learning Management System) from the ground up to standardize agent training and certification.
Problem: Selling advanced market products requires specific, rigorous training. I was tasked with creating a dedicated learning environment that could guide agents through complex coursework while ensuring they stayed on track to meet certification requirements.
Solution: My priority from the initial structure to the final UI was to reduce the friction of training, so I designed a system that prioritizes progress tracking and clear milestones, making the certification path feel manageable rather than a chore.
