Quility University: 0–1 LMS Product Design
Quility provides affordable, customized insurance and financial planning to help clients protect their futures. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, I lead the design strategy and execution for Quility University, a proprietary Learning Management System (LMS) I built from the ground up to standardize agent training and certification.
Problem: Selling advanced market products requires specific, rigorous training. I was tasked with creating a dedicated learning environment that could guide agents through complex coursework while ensuring they stayed on track to meet certification requirements.
Solution: Since this was a "ground up" build, I owned everything from the initial structure to the final UI. My focus was on reducing the friction of mandatory training, so I designed a system that prioritizes progress tracking and clear milestones, making the certification path feel manageable rather than a chore.
