Quility: Acquisition Dashboard
Quility provides affordable, tailored insurance and financial planning to help clients protect their futures. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, I lead the UI/UX for LeadStream (QLS), the acquisition product that connects agents with leads.
Problem: Agents require a single, robust place to keep track of their lead orders. The feature needed to allow for faster filtering, consistent data viewing, and easy editing, all while maintaining high accessibility standards.
Solution: I designed the Lead Orders interface by identifying the data points agents need at a glance, and tucking away smaller, less frequently-taken actions within each UI. By prioritizing high-frequency actions and critical lead information, I built a dashboard that feels intuitive and helps agents manage their pipeline without friction.
