Quility: Acquisition Dashboard
Quility provides affordable, tailored insurance and financial planning to help clients protect their futures. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, I lead the UI/UX for LeadStream (QLS), our proprietary platform that connects licensed agents with the leads they need to grow their business.
Problem: Agents rely on the Lead Orders page more than almost any other part of the platform. The existing experience needed a complete overhaul to allow for faster filtering, consistent data viewing, and bulk editing—all while maintaining high accessibility standards for a professional workflow.
Solution: I redesigned the Lead Orders interface by identifying the exact data points agents need at a glance versus what can be tucked away. By prioritizing high-frequency actions and business-critical lead info, I built a dashboard that feels intuitive and helps agents manage their pipeline without the friction.
