Quility LeadStream

Quility is an insurance company that offers affordable, customized insurance solutions and financial planning to support clients throughout their lives and connects them with licensed insurance agents.

Quility LeadStream is a product under Quility that connects agents with potential life insurance clients, or leads. As a senior designer, I own and drive UI/UX design on QLS to ensure that agents can smoothly acquire new clients.

My Lead Orders

Problem: Agents need a page where they can consistent view, filters, and make edits on their lead orders. As one of the most heavily-accessed pages and functions utilized on the product, this Lead Orders page must be designed intuitively with accessibility and ease of use at the highest priority.

Solution: I developed the Lead Orders page based on research regarding the agents’ most frequent actions, the most desired actions from a business perspective, and the most important pieces of client information that agents actually use in their daily workflow. With this information in mind, I built a page that accomplished the goal of providing an intuitive, accessible way for agents to access and manage their past lead orders.
