FabKids: Email Design

FabKids is a children’s fashion subscription service focused on unique, affordable clothing that builds confidence in kids. As a Graphic Designer, I bridge the gap between playful brand aesthetics and data-driven marketing strategies to drive consistent sales and customer retention.


Problem: Email plays a major role in the FabKids subscription model. My role was to keep the creative fresh and engaging for a high-frequency channel while ensuring every send supported both monthly marketing milestones and long-term revenue goals.

Solution: I treat each email as a specific user experience tailored to seasonal trends and membership cycles. My process involves:

  • Creative Partnership: Working closely with marketing teams to translate complex business goals into playful visual narratives that resonate with parents.

  • Campaign Consistency: Leading the design for major seasonal pushes, like Holiday and Back-to-School, to ensure our brand voice remains cohesive across hundreds of unique sends throughout the year.

  • Visual Hierarchy: Designing layouts that balance high-energy imagery with CTA placements to streamline the path from inbox to checkout.
