BetterHelp: Group Sessions
BetterHelp is the world’s largest therapy platform, dedicated to making professional support accessible and convenient. As a Visual Designer, I led the development of the brand’s visual system while designing features to solve critical user needs.
Problem: My team was tasked with building a group therapy experience that felt native to the BetterHelp ecosystem. The goal was to increase user retention and satisfaction by creating a space that was distinct from individual sessions but still aligned with our core product.
Solution: I focused on creating a feature that prioritized ease of use, centering my design around:
System Integration: Ensuring Group Sessions flowed seamlessly with the rest of the platform by using consistent visual and navigation patterns.
Frictionless UX: Reducing the cognitive load required to find, book, and join a session.
